If you make money from home, you will probably have to cope with stress from time to time. It just comes with the territory. The problem is that when we become stressed, our effectiveness takes a dramatic hit, and we lose focus. Thus, when you feel your stress levels raising to an orange threat level, you need to just stop. Although it may be difficult, you need to just stop what you are doing.

If you notice that you are beginning to feel stressed. Step away from what you are doing, lay down on the floor, close your eyes, and take long, relaxing, deep breaths until the stress subsides.

Scheduling daily goals, and organizing tasks will simplify your life. If one of your main sources of stress is the sheer number of things that need to be done, getting organized should help you feel more at peace. Once you realize that you have accomplished, or will accomplish your scheduled goals for the day, there is nothing left to stress about.
